We understand that our clients need the best possible support when it comes to hosting and website maintenance. That’s why at Manage My Marketing we are dedicated to providing top notch customer service and fast response times (if required), to all our clients. Our team of experts is available and ready to answer any questions or address any issue you may have.
There is a check box available at the bottom of the form to indicate whether your ticket requires urgent attention (within 48 hours) or non-urgent attention (within 1 week). Our team will be pleased to assist you as soon as possible. Support will be assigned and actioned in order of receipt of requests.
We understand that sometimes urgent after-hours support is needed and will be happy to provide it at a rate of $150.00 per hour + gst or part thereof. We are here to ensure all customer queries and issues are handled as quickly as possible. For our Premimum clients, support is included with your plan.
